  Great store, much more organised than other stores across London. Wide selection of designer clothing and gadgets, Plus very professional staff at the tills and friendly security guard Ali at the front door.

  I live around Walthamstow, and I’ve been going to this TK Maxx almost every weekend because I genuinely enjoy shopping there. However, each time I visit, I feel like the security guard watches me suspiciously. Today, as I was leaving the store, he stopped me and asked what I had bought. The situation made me feel so uncomfortable and insecure that I showed him my bag. He then told me that someone who looked like me had tried to steal before. I don’t understand how anyone can say something like that to a customer and not realise how embarrassing and hurtful it is. I have never done anything wrong, yet I was made to feel like a thief simply because of how I look. The whole experience was humiliating, upsetting, and has genuinely disturbed me mentally. It has made me feel anxious and unwelcome, and now I honestly don’t feel comfortable going back there again.

  I went to the shop. l saw a young guy working incredibly hard organising the clothes. His name was constantin. I needed urgent assistant and he properly assisted me. When i left the shop, I was touched by hos kindness and generosity considering he as so busy running around fixing all the customers mess. No bad attitude, just focused and wilting to help. Amazing

  I went to Tk Maxx Walthamstow Central Mall today 6 may 2026 and unfortunately found a pair of metal tipped scissors in the children's toy section. I took it back to a staff team leader and they didn't even apologise. MANAGER CAN CHECK CCTV AROUND 12/30----13

  This is my first time doing a review—only because I have a crush on a guy. I popped into the TK Maxx in Walthamstow few days ago and couldn’t help but notice the charming and cute security guy who doesn’t look like a security at all. He’s tall, cute, handsome, with a genuinely warm smile, kind eyes, and such an approachable, friendly manner – nothing like the usual stern security chaps one sees. He has a lovely, natural, understated charm and again is really quite handsome. He was incredibly helpful when I was looking for something for my pet, explaining everything so clearly and kindly. I tried to have a little more chat with him, but he remained professional and focused on assisting me. I suspect he noticed my interest, but he kept things business 🙄– which I have to respect! I admit I rather regretted not being brave enough to ask for his number on the spot. So I had taken a discreet photo of him because he really is that cute to look at… So, if anyone from the management or staff at the Walthamstow TK Maxx happens to see this, could you possibly share his number here? I’d love to invite him for a coffee. Failing that, I’m planning to drop by again day after tomorrow and try my luck in person. And a small suggestion for TK Maxx: please do keep hiring friendly, approachable and good-looking security staff like him. It makes the shopping experience so much more pleasant than dealing with the usual intimidating types! Thank you
